THE RULES

"The Fine Print"

** Your age will be determined by the first day of competition. There are no fallbacks. There are no marital status requirements. All are encouraged to join!

** There will no refunds of any kind. If you cannot attend, your fees will be transferred to another date held by Magical Moments.

** All cash will be awarded at the conclusion of the entire pageant. You must sign out your cash prize! You must stay for group photos at the end or you will forfeit your title and prizes.

** New in 2010, there will be NO PRO-RATING! All listed amounts are guaranteed, however we will double than amount if there are at least 100 contestants!.

** There are no contracts to sign, we encourage you do participate in other pageants.

** I, the director, will not tabulate the scores. As of right now,I  have an accountant to do that for me! I will double check his work and make any corrections with him!

** I do not break ties! In the event there is a tie I will award both the exact same prizes, even if it is my Ultimate Grand Supreme!! In the tie, one girl will receive the crown, the other the sash and will be owed what is missing, shipped within 30 days of pageant ending. Both girls will receive their cash!!

** I use out of area judges. These judges should not know anyone.

** Contestants will receive their judge's scores and comments after the crowning ceremony

** I will not allow any competing contestants' parents to be on staff. They may help out with tickets and "watching" the ballroom door, but they will not be allowed near the judges table at any time.

** I will not re-arrange my schedule to suit anyone but the pageant itself! If you are late for an event, then points will be deducted. All schedule changes will be directed by me (if needed).

** Please ask questions to me directly, all other information from anyone else but me could be invalid and not reliable!

** Please do not talk about other contestants in the ballroom. It's rude and inconsiderate for a mom to hear someone talking about their daughter in front of them. I know, it's happened to me!

** Poor sportmanship will not be tolerated. Persons found to be bashing the pageant, contestants, director, judges and/or staff in any way, will be disqualified from this pageant with no refunds!

** Magical Moments and the Embassy Suites, Parsippany, will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss, prior to, during and/or after the pageant.

** All these contestants have worked very hard to do what they do and they all deserve to be applauded for that! We cheer for everyone! No one should ever feel that they do not belong!

By entering the Magical Moments pageant you abide by these rules with no other obligations afforded to you by the staff. All decisions are final!
